So, if you haven't tried this already - you should. There is Google Mobile but that's not very sexy...what is sexy (in that geeky sorta way) is Google SMS. Just send your query, be it directions, facts, weather, movies, the nearest pizza joint to 46645 and bingo! Within seconds (mine was less than 30), you get a text msg back with the relevant data.

"The Nokia 770 Internet Tablet unveiled Wednesday is based on the open-source Linux operating system rather than the Symbian platform it uses for "smart" cell phones or the mobile version of Microsoft Corp. (MSFT)'s Windows. Nokia said it plans to publish the source code in hopes developers will write customized software for the device. Priced at $350, the Internet Tablet is being positioned as an alternative to buying an extra personal computer or laptop for different rooms, providing a cheaper, quicker and less-cumbersome way to connect to the Web."
So here is what I think is interesting....Linux, more accurately - Nokia using Linux and the little sentence that says that Nokia will make the source code available. They will turn their application into a platform. Oh and its embedded browser? Why OPERA of course!

"At that moment, an American officer stepped through the crowd holding his rifle high over his head with the barrel pointed to the ground. Against the backdrop of the seething crowd, it was a striking gesture—almost Biblical. “Take a knee,” the officer said, impassive behind surfer sunglasses. The soldiers looked at him as if he were crazy. Then, one after another, swaying in their bulky body armor and gear, they knelt before the boiling crowd and pointed their guns at the ground. The Iraqis fell silent, and their anger subsided. The officer ordered his men to withdraw."
So, what you need to ask yourself is how they learned to do that.

Check this out folks: "That's "tagging," and it's currently all the rage among the digerati." Wow. I'm finally doing something that's all the rage. I missed the Charleston and streaking so finally I catch something. Also, does that mean if I'm doing it, I'm part of the digerati? I found this list of digerati and didn't find my name on there. Just wondering if that is a complete list.
