Blogger/Blogspot Will Not Resolve To *.mil domains

Anybody know anyone I can contact about this? As many of you know, I now work for the Defense Acquisition University. That particular entity sits on the grounds of Ft. Belvoir, VA. All fine and good EXCEPT when I try to get to ANY site  with a *.blogspot.com URL.

I actually got on the phone with Army IT since I thought they were blocking the whole domain...turns out I was wrong and they gently explained to me that some sites will resolve calls from certain domains and it looks like blogspot/blogger has issues with the .mil domain.

OK...so I'm open for ideas.
