Honestly, I remember this chat when 1 GB hard drives came out. I was hanging out with a bunch of computer engineers and we all were like "What? Who needs a freakin' gigabyte? You'll never fill that up!"
Now memory sizes like 512K are looking to go the way of 5.25 inch floppy disk.

I am going to geek out for a minute and not really care. The new iPhone from Apple was announced today at the MacWorld Expo and it is smoking (pics here from the presentation). The official Apple site is up on it already although it doesn't ship until June. You thought there were lines for the Wii!
This thing is stunning and I have never been so happy to be on Cingular as I am now. Stop all your mobile development and figure out how you are going to develop for this puppy!
This is seriously up there with the iPod in terms of game-changing developments.
